Eastbourne Writing by Amy

Eastbourne I have had many wonderful experiences in Eastbourne but one of my favourites was a recent trip to Butterfly Creek. We went with a group of friends for an overnight tramp. I absolutely loved walking in the bush. The cool breeze on our faces, the tall trees looking down on us. Not only was the bush amazing but the views of the beautiful beaches of Eastbourne down below us made the tramp even more special. The water was glistening in the sun and the waves were crashing gracefully onto the sand. It was one of the most amazing views. We all had a great time playing in the trees, searching for eels at night. It was amazing to breathe in the beautiful fresh air as you lay there listening to the sound of the trees rustling in the breeze. Waking up to the fresh morning air was a wonderful feeling. I definitely want to go back to the wonderful bush of Eastbourne. Excited children jumping off the wharf A Little Blue Penguin in the rocks Swimming out to the raft in the refreshing water Tramping in the peaceful beautiful bush Biking to Pencarrow looking out to Wellington Harbour Orcas gliding gracefully on the ocean surface Unique seaside community Running along the beach with the cool breeze blowing onto your face Nestled between the sea and the bush Everyday smiles from the people of Eastbourne
